- Lead and manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Monitor patient care metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation within the nursing department.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in clinical decision-making.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate & evaluate nursing staff, Provide training to clinical staff, Overseeing clinical care, Ensuring medication safely.
- Fulltime, M-F , Flexible hours
